Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using Paxe you confirm you meet this requirement.

Paxe is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Fitness metrics (pace, heart rate, training load, fitness/fatigue/form) are estimates for informational use only.

Consult a qualified physician before starting or changing any training program. You exercise at your own risk. Stay aware of your surroundings — GPS, distance, and route data may be inaccurate, so don’t rely on them for navigation or safety-critical decisions, and don’t interact with the app in a way that endangers you or others.

You keep ownership of the content you create (activities, photos, captions, comments). You grant Paxe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content as needed to operate the Service and show it to others per your visibility settings. This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies others already saved or that we must retain for legal/backup reasons.

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, or abuse others, or post hateful, illegal, or infringing content;
• upload others' private information or content you don't have rights to;
• attempt to access data you're not authorized to, probe, or disrupt the Service;
• scrape, resell, or misuse the Service or its data, or bypass security or rate limits.

You can report content and block users in the app. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

If you connect Apple Health (or, later, Garmin, COROS, Wahoo, Polar, Strava, etc.), you authorize Paxe to access the data you choose to import. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.

The Service is provided as an early-stage service and may change or occasionally be unavailable. Please don’t rely on Paxe as your sole record of activities.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paxe and Paxe LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost data or profits, or any personal injury related to physical activity. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
