Privacy Policy

• Account — your email address (sign-in uses one-time codes).
• Profile — username, display name, optional avatar and bio.
• Activities — sport, title, description, time, distance, elevation, heart rate, training load, and your GPS route.
• Photos you choose to attach to an activity.
• Social actions — cheers, comments, and who you follow.
• Precise location — only while you are actively recording a workout, to measure distance and draw your route. Recording can continue in the background so a workout keeps tracking when your screen is off.
• Apple Health (only if you connect it) — the workouts you choose to import. Garmin, COROS, and Apple Watch sync to Apple Health, which is how their data reaches Paxe.

To provide the app: create your account and profile, record and show your activities, compute your fitness metrics, and power the social feed — showing your activities to others according to your visibility settings.

We do not sell your personal information, we do not use it for third-party advertising, and we never use Apple Health data for advertising or sell it.

• With other users, based on each activity’s visibility (Everyone / Followers / Only you). Your profile is visible to other signed-in users.
• Service providers under contract: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Expo (builds and updates), and Apple (Maps and app distribution).
• Legal — if required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the service.

Edit or delete your profile and activities anytime. Delete your account in the app to remove your profile, activities, photos, comments, and cheers. Control location and Apple Health access in iOS Settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete, or port your data — contact us to exercise them.

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it when you delete your account, except where we must retain limited records for legal or security reasons. Access is enforced at the database layer (row-level security), and data is encrypted in transit.

Paxe is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us.
